My name is Camille Walker and I’m an Austin bankruptcy attorney who helps people with their debt problems and have done so since 2004. I’ve done it for consumers and I’ve represented small businesses. I’m a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. Together with H. Bryan Hicks, an Austin, Central Texas Bankruptcy Attorney, we make a great team. Bryan has been practicing bankruptcy law in Central Texas since 1997. He and I attended the University of Houston at the same time and ironically enough were in the same first year law school classes together. In 2009, we decided to work together to help provide the level of service Central Texans deserve.
When you hire our firm, you’ll meet with me Camille Walker, an attorney not a paralegal, in our Round Rock, Texas location. We will determine what alternatives you have and help you find the best solution. Whether Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 or if bankruptcy is not the best option, I will give you an honest assessment based upon our experience. We have a legal assistant to help. Melissa Luna is our bankruptcy legal assistant. She has worked as a bankruptcy paralegal for seven years. Melissa moved to Austin from San Antonio four years ago. She is easy to work with and is considerably skilled in preparing bankruptcy petitions. When it comes time to go to your meeting of creditors, Bryan will go with you. If a hearing is required for some reason in court, Bryan will represent you in court. Between the three of us, we will work to make this process as smooth and painless as possible. |
